Schools are about the education of young people. In our school learning, be it Maths, Geography, public speaking, general health, sport, Religious Education is always about the connection between faith and life. The Catholic interpretation of faith and life looks to Jesus as the one who unveils for us the meaning of life and in our school we spend some time in learning, celebrating, experiencing and living this reality. We are influenced in the way in which we learn and live by our Sion and Marist heritage.

We belong to the Diocese of Sale where the Religious Education classroom curriculum is Journeying Together in Hope. This curriculum explores the heart of revelation which is the life, death and resurrection of Christ as proclaimed through scripture and tradition. It is lived out in human experience, in love and in the believing and worshipping Church.

We place before our students the vast intellectual, spiritual and social tradition of the Catholic Church. We study the books, symbols, rituals, belief, stories, laws and values of Catholicism and then endeavour to celebrate this tradition in all we do. There are many other Faith Lifeaspects to the Religious education at Catholic College which include retreats, justice related activities, formation days, Remar that help to give this lived experience to the faith we explore.
